Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Safety Card
- consistent attendance and punctuality
- ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
- compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- genuine friendliness and positive attitude
- knowledge of menu and bar items
- ability to operate POS system
- ability to lift products and supplies weighing 25 pounds
- ability to stand and move for prolonged periods
- compliance with dress code and Eureka! policies
- submission of COVID-19 vaccination proof or approved accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet guests with personal style
- seat guests professionally and friendly
- handle incoming telephone calls courteously
- maintain cleanliness of entrance and host area
- guide guests through Eureka! service model
- respond accurately and enthusiastically to guest inquiries about menu and bar items
- calculate and quote wait times using Waitlist app
- sanitize tables and chairs prior to seating
- assist service staff in bussing tables using a tray
- deliver food and beverages as needed
- carry drinks from the bar to the table
- maintain greeter desk and surrounding area in orderly fashion
- efficiently operate the POS system
- execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- polish and roll silverware
- bus tables and set them to Eureka! standards
- thank departing guests and invite them to return
- periodically maintain restroom cleanliness
