Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Safety Card
- consistent attendance and punctuality
- compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- ability to handle prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motions
- willingness to work in fast paced, loud, hot, and physically demanding environment
- proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style
- seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- handle incoming telephone calls courteously
- maintain a clean entrance and Hospitality Guide area
- greet potential guests walking by
- guide guests through the service model
- provide knowledge and answer questions about menu and bar items
- calculate and quote accurate wait times using the Waitlist app
- sanitize tables and chairs/booths prior to seating
- assist in bussing tables and delivering food and beverages
- maintain the greeter desk and surrounding area
- operate the POS system efficiently
- polish and roll silverware
- thank all departing guests and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
