Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- food handler safety card
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- capable of bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products weighing up to 25 pounds
- proficiency in handling fast-paced, physically demanding work environments
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- adherence to company policies and dress code
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination policy

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with personal style
- seat all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- handle all incoming telephone calls courteously and helpfully
- maintain a clean entrance and hospitality guide area
- greet all potential guests walking by
- guide guests through Eureka!'s service model
- respond accurately to guest questions with a friendly, enthusiastic tone
- calculate and quote accurate wait times using the Waitlist app
- sanitize all tables and chairs prior to seating guests
- provide flatware and plate ware when seating guests
- assist Service Champions in bussing tables with a tray
- deliver food and beverages as needed
- carry drinks to tables from the bar with a tray
- maintain an orderly greeter desk and surrounding area
- efficiently operate the POS system
- execute proper food and drink placement at tables
- polish and roll silverware
- bus tables throughout the restaurant and set tables to Eureka! standards
- thank all departing guests and invite them to return
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms periodically
