Job Requirements
- possess four years of specialized supervisory experience in the catering or hospitality industry
- or successfully completed five years of education beyond high school
- or have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 or NF-3 level in federal service
- proficient with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint
- experience preparing financial plans, budgets, inventories, cost controls, and related records and reports
- possess strong communication and social skills
- have extensive knowledge of logistical, organizational, and management skills
- demonstrated decision-making ability to resolve conflicts and crises
Job Qualifications

- education in hotel and restaurant management or related field preferred

Job Duties
- coordinate retail dining and hospitality operations including the 19th Hole Restaurant, Grab and Go Restaurant, golf tournaments, and catering
- provide proactive advice to the Operations Manager and senior leadership
- lead and oversee daily operations of multiple venues ensuring coordination with chefs and management
- develop and execute appealing, cost-effective meal plans
- prepare financial plans, budgets, inventories, cost controls, and related reports
- plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute complex catered events
- resolve conflicts and crises with effective decision-making
