Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience in hospitality management and leadership
- Strong food and beverage experience including dining concept management
- Experience with spirits, wines, and crafted cocktails
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and regulations
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Strong budget and finance skills
Job Qualifications
- Degree in business management or related field preferred
- Extensive experience in hospitality leadership
- Strong food and beverage knowledge including spirits, wines, and cocktails
- Experience in fine dining service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
- Marketing and brand management experience
Job Duties
- Manage overall hospitality operations
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and coach the restaurant, bar, chef, and hotel management teams
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss management
- Hire, train, and motivate staff
- Collaborate with owners and corporate teams on property development and fiscal plans
