Cape Ann Marina, established in 1972, is a family-owned and operated marina located on the waterfront, catering to travelers both by land and sea. Job Requirements

  • 8-10+ years experience in hospitality management and leadership
  • Strong food and beverage experience including dining concept management
  • Experience with spirits, wines, and crafted cocktails
  • Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and regulations
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Strong budget and finance skills

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in business management or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in hospitality leadership
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge including spirits, wines, and cocktails
  • Experience in fine dining service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
  • Marketing and brand management experience

Job Duties

  • Manage overall hospitality operations
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and coach the restaurant, bar, chef, and hotel management teams
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss management
  • Hire, train, and motivate staff
  • Collaborate with owners and corporate teams on property development and fiscal plans
