Job Requirements

  • 5 years of restaurant and/or catering experience required
  • 5 year of management experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • Concept a menu that is easy to execute, highly profitable and widely appealing
  • Establish relationships with vendors and create ordering SOPs
  • Hire a staff to execute the food and work with the existing taproom team to staff the foodservice counter
  • Develop a training manual and recipe book
  • Work with the accounting team to establish bookkeeping procedures
  • Work with the taproom team to establish ordering and service protocols within Toast
  • Work with architects to layout an efficient space
  • Work with contractors to construct the space on schedule
  • Develop and manage staff schedules
  • Work day to day operations
  • Concept a set of menu offerings for catering that are easy to execute, highly profitable and work for varying events
  • Develop a strategy for Pizza Kitchen staff to execute catering food and coordinate with events team for staffing
  • Work service when required
