Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in planning, sourcing, and designing with an organization, hotel, convention center, DMC, production company, or 3rd party agency
- an undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, outlook and powerpoint
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- ability to proofread documents and provide quality control
- comfort with presenting and speaking to clients
- keen attention to detail and personal accountability
- strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks
- problem-solving skills in complex situations
- pleasant, positive attitude
- effective time management with ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks
Job Qualifications

- agency experience or previous internship is a plus

Job Duties
- support the hospitality team across a number of industries, working on multiple programs and client accounts, including administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, monthly program planning, budgeting, incentives, sourcing, team organization
- work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients including client services, creative, production
- partnering and managing a variety of vendor relationships in all stages of lifecycle
- some travel along with holiday and weekends may be required
- perform other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business
