Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years experience in planning, sourcing, and designing with an organization, hotel, convention center, DMC, production company, or 3rd party agency
  • an undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, outlook and powerpoint
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
  • ability to proofread documents and provide quality control
  • comfort with presenting and speaking to clients
  • keen attention to detail and personal accountability
  • strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks
  • problem-solving skills in complex situations
  • pleasant, positive attitude
  • effective time management with ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support the hospitality team across a number of industries, working on multiple programs and client accounts, including administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, monthly program planning, budgeting, incentives, sourcing, team organization
  • work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients including client services, creative, production
  • partnering and managing a variety of vendor relationships in all stages of lifecycle
  • some travel along with holiday and weekends may be required
  • perform other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business
