Job Requirements

  • must have extensive experience in transportation logistics for sports or entertainment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong budget management and financial reconciliation skills
  • excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • must be able to remain stationary at least 50 percent of the time
  • willingness to travel domestically including weekends and holidays
  • able to work hybrid or remote East Coast hours
  • must be comfortable working under tight deadlines and global teams

Job Qualifications

  • strong experience leading transportation for major events
  • over 10 years in transportation planning and scheduling
  • proficient in Excel with advanced skills in pivot tables and lookup formulas
  • exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • calm and patient under pressure
  • flexibility to work some weekends and travel moderately

Job Duties

  • plan and manage all ground transportation logistics
  • provide financial account support including budgeting, invoicing, and contract management
  • collaborate with suppliers for scheduling and guest management
  • monitor supplier performance to meet service levels
  • resolve transportation-related issues promptly
  • oversee staff training for transportation and driver teams
  • maintain up-to-date transportation records and plans
