Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transportation logistics particularly for sports or entertainment events
- Proven track record of managing large-scale event transportation programs
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and LOOKUP formulas
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 50% of the time
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and travel domestically 20-45%
- Demonstrated calm and level-headed approach under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting with East Coast hours
- Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in transportation planning and delivery for major sporting or entertainment events
- Strong financial acumen in managing budgets contracts invoicing and supplier payments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and LOOKUP formulas
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Job Duties
- Plan manage and deliver ground transportation
- Provide financial account support with budget contracts invoicing tracking PO creation supplier payments and reconciliation
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth exchange of data for scheduling guest management and logistics
- Monitor supplier performance to meet service levels including timelines quality customer satisfaction
- Work with suppliers to resolve issues maintaining high guest experience standards
- Foster positive working relationships with suppliers and team members ensuring open communication and problem-solving
- Oversee and conduct staff training ensuring readiness and professionalism
