Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet attendees
  • Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process
  • Address, guide, and resolve attendee questions
  • Monitor and replenish supplies
  • Coordinate and host evening event experiences
  • Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities
  • Assist attendees with transportation questions
  • Actively collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations
