Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in food services or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of hospital and healthcare operations preferred
- Knowledge of hospital and healthcare financial metrics preferred
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the operations and activities of the Environmental Services Department in assigned hospital and campus locations
- Evaluate existing systems and processes, initiate change and improvements, and make suggestions to management
- Ensure compliance with all current policies, procedures and regulatory standards such as TJC, OSHA, and EEOC within all Environmental Services areas
- Coordinate the effective operation of all Environmental Services activities to maintain an aseptic and aesthetically pleasing environment
- Provide consistent, high-quality service in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness throughout the hospital
- Support training and development activities for Environmental Services personnel
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
