Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
  • Expert ability to be self-motivated and adaptable
  • Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime or early starts or late departures

Job Duties

  • Provide elevated concierge style customer service
  • Set-up meeting rooms as specified
  • Event planning
  • Perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies
  • Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
  • Facilities support including office moves, picture handling, furniture assembly, local hand deliveries, mail runs, miscellaneous administrative support, ordering and inventory of supplies and consumables
