Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
- Expert ability to be self-motivated and adaptable
- Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime or early starts or late departures

Job Duties
- Provide elevated concierge style customer service
- Set-up meeting rooms as specified
- Event planning
- Perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies
- Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
- Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
- Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
- Facilities support including office moves, picture handling, furniture assembly, local hand deliveries, mail runs, miscellaneous administrative support, ordering and inventory of supplies and consumables
