Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and organize time-sensitive tasks

  • Ability to use sound judgment and initiative in problem resolution

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4 years of related experience
  • AS/AA degree in a related discipline and 4 years of related experience
  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet research capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
  • Effective independent project management skills
  • Ability to use sound judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative and day-to-day operations to the Hospitality department
  • Handle administrative needs of the Hospitality team as requested
  • Assist with the planning and organizing of company events
  • Coordinate with catering staff to ensure all details of catering events are handled
  • Produce and edit correspondence, documents and reports using Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Prepare mailings and distributions
  • Participate in the safety emergency evacuation team program
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain Hospitality Intranet pages and update guidelines and work instruction procedures
  • Assist with planning and executing transportation for corporate events
  • Support transportation compliance of reporting, data and service levels
  • Aid in maintaining the electric vehicle charging program
  • Support the campus commuter shuttle program
  • Oversee the breakroom operation including snack program
  • Ensure all hospitality activities are completed timely and meet expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
