Job Requirements

  • must be available january 12th - january 19th
  • must be punctual dependable and professional in both conduct and appearance
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of customer service under pressure
  • business professional attire required during show hours no jeans or t-shirts
  • comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time
  • must be able to take direction and work collaboratively with the team

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests clients and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • serve as a calm confident point of contact for guests ensuring their needs are met efficiently and warmly
  • provide clear directions enforce event guidelines politely and step in to troubleshoot when necessary
  • organize and manage breakfast setup including coffee and food manage lunch catering dietary needs and refreshment services for guests and staff monitor inventory of snacks beverages and supplies restock as needed
  • set up and break down food service areas as required
  • maintain an exceptional standard of service to reflect the companys brand
