Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid state driver's license
  • at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
  • minimum two years of hospitality or customer service experience or training
  • excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • strong time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Meet with managers and care staff daily to discuss new admissions and resident concerns
  • maintain ongoing dialogue with residents, families, and team members
  • act as liaison between residents, families, and departments to fulfill resident needs
  • review menus and collect meal selections for Room Service program
  • coordinate social hour with Dining Services and serve in Reflections Serenade dining room
  • coordinate trips with Escapades department
  • communicate daily with care management team regarding unit operations and resident needs
