Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid state driver's license
- at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
- minimum two years of hospitality or customer service experience or training
- excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- strong time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties
- Meet with managers and care staff daily to discuss new admissions and resident concerns
- maintain ongoing dialogue with residents, families, and team members
- act as liaison between residents, families, and departments to fulfill resident needs
- review menus and collect meal selections for Room Service program
- coordinate social hour with Dining Services and serve in Reflections Serenade dining room
- coordinate trips with Escapades department
- communicate daily with care management team regarding unit operations and resident needs
