Currently, the company is hiring a part-time Hospitality Butler for their Serenade Neighborhoods, specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality, relationship building, and enhancing the daily experiences of older adults. Working hours are Tuesday to Thursday mornings from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a competitive salary range of $17 to $18 per hour. The Hospitality Butler is responsible for maintaining a high-standard dining experience by overseeing meal ordering and providing efficient room delivery service for residents. This role also includes serving breakfast and lunch, cleaning and resetting dining areas within Memory Care neighborhoods, and timely delivery of residents' mail and packages. In addition to meal-related duties, the Butler plays a crucial role in fostering community by planning, hosting, and serving Social Hour for residents daily, assisting with transportation arrangements, and communicating effectively with family members and loved ones. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a genuine love for working with people and a commitment to creating meaningful resident experiences.

The Hospitality Butler role is ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare community environment where dependability, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills are vital. Experience in customer service or dementia care is highly valued, reflecting the specialized needs of the residents served. This position also demands physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting residents using proper body mechanics, emphasizing the importance of safe and compassionate care practices.
