Job Requirements
- Must be dependable and reliable in a 24/7 healthcare community
- must have a positive attitude and a love for working with people
- strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- experience in customer service or dementia care is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- a valid state driver's license and at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
- minimum two years work experience or training in hospitality and/or customer service required
- excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs using proper body mechanics
Job Duties
- Oversee meal ordering and execute room delivery service for Serenade residents
- serve breakfast and lunch while maintaining a high-level dining experience for residents
- clean and reset the dining room after breakfast and lunch (Memory Care only)
- deliver residents' mail, packages, and messages promptly
- be fully conversant with menus and scheduled activities
- assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointments when needed
- plan, host, and serve Social Hour for residents daily
- communicate with residents' family members and loved ones as needed
