Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Ensure resident comfort during admission and transition
- Act as liaison between resident, family, and departments
- Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, and team members
- Review menus and collect meal choices for room service
- Manage resident personal inventory and contact families for needs
- Coordinate daily social hours with Dining Services
- Organize resident outings with Escapades department
