Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules
- Previous experience in a concierge or similar customer-service role preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Meet with managers and care staff daily to discuss new admissions, concerns, and changes
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and departments to meet resident needs
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with residents, families, and team members
- Review menus and collect meal choices for the Room Service program as requested by families
- Manage resident personal inventory and contact families regarding needs
- Coordinate daily social hour in collaboration with Dining Services and serve in the Reflections Serenade dining room prior to dinner
- Coordinate trips with the Escapades department
- Communicate daily with care management team regarding Reflections Serenade unit operations and resident needs
