Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale event food service or hospitality management
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and vendor operations
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
  • experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale event food service or hospitality management

  • prior experience with PGA or similar sporting events preferred

Job Duties

  • Select, contract, and manage food and beverage vendors
  • ensure vendors meet quality, service, and compliance standards
  • coordinate vendor setup, operations, and teardown
  • develop and execute a comprehensive food and concessions plan
  • oversee layout and logistics of concession stands, hospitality tents, and VIP areas
  • monitor inventory, staffing, and service levels throughout the event
  • manage food and beverage budgets including forecasting and cost control
  • track revenue and expenses and provide post-event financial reporting
  • ensure a high-quality, consistent culinary experience for all attendees
  • address customer service issues and implement improvements
  • ensure all food operations comply with local health codes and PGA standards
  • coordinate with security and safety teams to maintain a safe environment
  • supervise on-site food service staff and volunteers
  • provide training and support to ensure smooth operations
  • serve as the primary point of contact for food-related inquiries
  • collaborate with tournament leadership, sponsors, and hospitality partners
