Job Requirements
- Must be fourteen years old at time of hire
- three months experience in snow sports industry or hospitality preferred
- reliable and punctual
- own transportation
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- ability to work as a team and foster a positive environment
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
- ability to follow policies and procedures
- good rapport with individuals of all ages
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
Job Duties
- Respond to guest inquiries
- accurately answer inquiries and assist guests
- use POS machine and balance cash drawer
- complete opening and closing tasks
- perform ticketing tasks quickly and accurately
- assist guests with lift tickets, rental equipment, and merchandise
- collaborate with other departments on group business and events
