Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer software including email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to participate in organizational meetings and activities
- Commitment to uphold confidentiality and integrity
- Support and demonstration of the organization's Christian faith and mission

Job Duties
- Assists the Hospitality & Guest Relations team with tasks related to daily operations, events, event preparation, etc.
- Provides administrative support to the Hospitality & Guest Relations team by assisting with paperwork, team office supply ordering, running errands, etc.
- Provides onsite support and coordination during events, as requested
- Cultivates strong relationships across working groups and assists in collaboration with them for a cohesive event
- Maintain inventory of Hospitality & Guest Relations décor, linens, etc. to ensure when they are checked out they get returned in good condition
- Acts as backup barista in the Hope Supply Co. Coffee Shop, as needed
- Keeps all information confidential and operates at the highest level of integrity
- Performs all other duties as assigned
