Job Requirements
- Applicants must currently live in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No current or future visa sponsorship is available for this position
- Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Woodland, CA, or be willing to commute to Woodland regularly from the start
Job Qualifications
- Background in hospitality, tasting rooms, wine-focused guest experience, alcohol beverage hospitality, or a related field
- Experience opening or helping launch a hospitality, wine, bar, or guest experience concept preferred
- Strong understanding of guest flow, service design, and hospitality operations
- Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working across multiple teams in an evolving environment
- Excited to help build something from the ground up
Job Duties
- Support the planning and development of the Beer Garden and the JDM Estate Tasting venue concept
- Help define guest flow, service areas, hospitality standards, furnishings, signage, and the overall customer experience
- Provide input during the planning and build-out phase to help ensure the spaces are functional, welcoming, and operationally sound
- Assist in pre-opening planning, staffing strategy, hiring, and training development
- Work with marketing on events, activations, launches, and guest experience opportunities
- Help create a hospitality experience that supports JDM Estate wine and olive oil sales, gifting, and brand storytelling
- Transition into a more active on-site hospitality leadership role as launch approaches
