Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required by August 2026 or earlier
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality at hotels or similar 5-star establishments
  • Genuine sense of hospitality
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet applications
  • Open to relocation
  • Driver's License preferred

Job Duties

  • Learn and apply best practices in marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss
  • Participate in hands-on training at a designated location
  • Complete Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP)
  • Engage in competency-based assessments and personalized learning paths
  • Communicate effectively with peers, employees, clients, and customers
  • Prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Relocate within region if required for placement opportunities
