Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in event management software

Job Duties
- Oversee and supervise all the Culinary Department including the Kitchen Manager and Food Service Manager
- Maintain a calendar of all event activities and lead major events such as Thanksgiving and Easter Blessings
- Ensure high standards for cleanliness and aesthetics in kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with teams for concept development including themes, goals, guest lists, and timelines
- Research and book appropriate venues aligned with client needs and budget
- Manage vendor relationships including caterers, entertainers, photographers, and decorators
- Create and manage event budgets ensuring costs stay within limits
- Develop detailed event logistics including setup, breakdown, scheduling, transportation and guest management
- Hire, assign, and oversee event staff duties
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and communication
- Oversee on-site event coordination ensuring smooth flow and timely issue resolution
- Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports
- Maintain excellent communication throughout planning and execution
- Adapt plans as necessary for changing circumstances
- Demonstrate problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Focus on creating memorable experiences with high priority on aesthetics
