Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service industry
- Ability to work full-time day shifts with flexibility for on-call rotations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to complete pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or culinary services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and residents
- Experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in scheduling and staff coordination

Job Duties
- Direct the overall operation of the kitchenette, tray service and dining room areas
- Complete staffing schedule
- Inspect and monitor food for visual appearance, quality, proper temperature, portion size, and dietary needs
- Assist with the interview process under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Director
- Train and monitor performance of dining service team
- Seek resident involvement for menu planning and service feedback
- Direct and schedule the care and cleaning of area
- Responsible for the stocking and organization of food and supply storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete physical inventory as directed
- Perform duties of absent team members when necessary to ensure smooth running operations
