Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel with food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), restaurant POS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform tasks requiring physical mobility
- Must be comfortable working in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, kitchen, guest areas)

Job Duties
- Oversee hotel front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and collaborate with the restaurant manager on operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by training and coaching staff on service standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations across hotel and restaurant teams
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control
- Partner with kitchen and restaurant leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement
- Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence on the floor and in guest-facing areas
