Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel with food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), restaurant POS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform tasks requiring physical mobility
  • Must be comfortable working in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, kitchen, guest areas)

Job Duties

  • Oversee hotel front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and collaborate with restaurant manager on operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by training and coaching staff on service standards
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations across hotel and restaurant teams
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control
  • Partner with kitchen and restaurant leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement
  • Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence on the floor and in guest-facing areas
