Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or administrative roles
- proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- provide excellent client elevated concierge-style hospitality support
- assist with event planning and coordination
- coordinate between off-site catering vendors and client event hosts
- manage room set-ups and break-down and table/chair configurations
- ensure professional presentation of catered food, beverages, and flatware
- ensure the hospitality area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- compile, collect, and report data for monthly management reports
- serve as a back-up to the primary receptionist
- answer and direct phone calls professionally
- manage the reception area during primary receptionist's absence
- assist with copying, scanning, and printing documents
- ensure all copies are accurate and high quality
- maintain and organize digital and physical copies of documents
- ensure devices operate efficiently
- place service calls as needed
- sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
- maintain accurate records of mail
- maintain inventory of hospitality supplies
- place orders for new supplies
- ensure supplies are stored properly
- complete facilities requests
- hang pictures
- clean general areas as needed
