Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to train and lead a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with cash registers and software systems
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
  • willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • positive attitude towards customers, clients, and coworkers

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service roles
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to operate cash registers and software systems
  • ability to train and guide staff
  • positive attitude and professionalism
  • adaptability to changing job duties
  • physical ability to perform job demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
  • willingness to wear uniforms and/or use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
  • trains and guides guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and procedures
  • greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  • book reservations and coordinate registration
  • operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  • answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
  • maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
