- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with customers
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand and move during a full shift
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Restock doughnut display, build boxes and ensure all supplies are refilled for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area including display case and tables
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Help with additional duties such as sweeping, washing dishes, or taking out garbage as needed
