- current licensure as nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- two years of clinical experience preferred
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekdays and one weekend per month
- strong clinical skills and medical knowledge
- ability to manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to patient-centered care
