Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- valid and continuous driver s license with no suspensions or expirations in the last 3 years
- no more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- no major moving violations in the past 3 years
- no alcohol or drug-related violations in the past 3 years
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to pass a driving test
- reliable transportation
- ability to walk stand and run for an 8-hour shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- tolerance for inclement weather
- able to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years customer service experience
- 3 years continuous driver s license experience
- great communication skills
- positive teamwork mindset
- clean-cut appearance
- experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval
- provide directions and anticipate guest needs to enhance experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet station
- ensure safe and responsible vehicle handling
- assist guests with wheelchair support when needed
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- comply with all hospital policies and safety regulations
