Job Requirements
- 3 years continuous driver’s license experience
- license must be continuous with no suspensions or expirations within the last 3 years
- no more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- no major moving violations within the last 3 years
- no alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift
- tolerance for inclement weather
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
- ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- great communication skills
- clean-cut appearance
- positive teamwork mindset
- ability to pass a criminal background check
- clean driving record
- capable of passing a driving test
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles
- provide accurate directions within the hospital campus
- anticipate and address guests' needs promptly
- maintain a professional and clean-cut appearance
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- follow safety and security protocols
