Job Requirements
- must have minimum two years customer service experience
- must have three years continuous driver's license experience with no suspensions or expirations within three years
- no more than two minor moving violations within the last three years
- no major moving violations within the last three years
- no alcohol or drug related violations within the last three years
- must have positive teamwork mindset
- must possess great communication skills
- must maintain clean-cut appearance
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to pass a criminal background check
- must have a clean driving record and be capable of passing a driving test
- ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
- tolerance for inclement weather
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
- ability to push a wheelchair with a guest

Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval
- provide accurate directions within the hospital premises
- anticipate guests’ needs to ensure an exceptional experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- assist guests with wheelchair transportation as needed
- collaborate with team members to uphold safety and efficiency standards
