Job Requirements

  • Continuous driver’s license for at least 3 years
  • No suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a driving test
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to tolerate inclement weather
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years continuous driver’s license experience
  • Clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to maintain a positive teamwork mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clean-cut appearance
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles
  • Provide guests with directions and information within the hospital
  • Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs to enhance their experience
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols when driving and handling vehicles
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth valet operations
