Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the last three years without suspension or expiration
- No more than two minor moving violations within the last three years
- No major moving violations within the last three years
- No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last three years
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, and run for an eight-hour shift
- Must tolerate inclement weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday day shifts
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years continuous driver’s license experience
- Positive teamwork mindset
- Great communication skills
- Clean-cut appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record capable of passing a driving test
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome
- Assist guests in parking their vehicles and retrieving them promptly
- Provide directions and information to hospital visitors
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Operate vehicles safely and comply with all traffic and safety regulations
- Collaborate with hospital staff and other team members to facilitate smooth operations
