Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with 3 years continuous experience
No suspended or expired licenses within the last 3 years
No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
No major moving violations within the last 3 years
No alcohol or drug-related driving violations within the last 3 years
Ability to walk, stand, and run for 8-hour shift
Tolerance for inclement weather
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
Reliable transportation
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

Greet guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome
Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles promptly
Provide accurate directions and information about the hospital premises
Anticipate guest needs to deliver exceptional service
Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area
Ensure safety and security of guest vehicles
Collaborate with hospital staff to support patient and visitor needs
