Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- One month of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to comprehend instructions and correspondence
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to understand time systems
- Ability to operate manual transmission (desirable)
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to guests and employees
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus
- Skill in performing parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage and bell services during arrival and departure
- Provide guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
- Maintain all ticket information, including key tags, guest folios, and damage surveys
- Calculate and collect parking revenue when needed
