Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work weekdays only

- Ability to follow company safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- One month related experience or equivalent education
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to operate manual transmission is desirable
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
- Greet guests within five feet and address them by last name
- Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage handling and bell services
- Provide information about parking rates, facility amenities, and local attractions
- Issue and collect claim checks and maintain accurate vehicle and ticket records
- Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
