Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
  • Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Skill in performing parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
  • Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
  • Greet guests professionally using their last names and offer a warm welcome
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • Issue and collect claim checks and maintain accurate ticketing information
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
