Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Skill in performing parallel parking

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely
- Assist guests with luggage including delivery and pick up during arrival and departure
- Greet guests professionally using their last names and offer a warm welcome
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and provide information about facility amenities and local attractions
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Issue and collect claim checks and maintain accurate ticketing information
- Shuttle guests to approved locations as needed
