Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state applied to work or within commutable distance
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Ability to understand and apply basic math operations including currency
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to operate manual transmission highly desirable

- Must hold a valid driver’s license for state of work
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to understand and perform basic math operations with American money
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to operate manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
- Ability to effectively communicate in small groups and one-on-one settings
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage and delivery
- Provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, reservations and information about local amenities
- Issue claim checks upon vehicle receipt and collect them prior to vehicle return
- Complete and maintain all ticket and vehicle information accurately
- Calculate and collect parking fees when needed
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Use proper phone etiquette
- Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
