Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to read and write standard English
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Must be available to work from 7 am to 2 pm, three to four days per week
- No prior experience required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must hold a valid driver’s license applicable to the work location
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple correspondence and instructions
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and professional greetings to guests using their last names
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage handling and bell services
- Provide guests with information about parking rates, locations, and local amenities
- Issue claim checks upon receipt of vehicle keys and collect them before returning keys
- Complete and maintain accurate ticket information including key tags, damage surveys, and guest folios
- Handle guest inquiries regarding directions, taxis, and reservations
