Job Requirements
- Friendly and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
- Able to be on feet, walk/run short distances, and assist with lifting when needed
- Valid driver’s license, age 18+, able to safely drive automatic vehicles (ability to drive manual a plus)
- Able to pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Completed required health screenings and vaccinations as per hospital standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous guest service or hospitality experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn hospital protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with professionalism, compassion, and a friendly attitude
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles (both automatic and manual)
- Assist guests with mobility devices, strollers, bags, and directions
- Keep the driveway clear and traffic flowing smoothly
- Communicate with team members using radios and mobile systems
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the valet area
