Job Requirements
- Friendly and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
- Able to be on your feet, walk/run short distances, and assist with lifting when needed
- Valid driver’s license, age 18+, able to safely drive automatic vehicles (ability to drive manual a plus)
- Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR
- Must successfully complete 10 panel drug screen for controlled substances
- Must pass physical examination - able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must provide MMR titer
- Must have Hepatitis B vaccine series or signed declination
- Must receive flu shot (October 1 through April 30)
- Must pass PPD skin test (2-step)
- Must have history of chicken pox or Varicella vaccine shot
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate automatic vehicles safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with professionalism, compassion, and a friendly attitude
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles (both automatic and manual)
- Assist guests with mobility devices, strollers, bags, and directions
- Keep the driveway clear and traffic flowing smoothly
- Communicate with team members using radios and mobile systems
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the valet area
