Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and responsible driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism
- Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and clients
- High standard of integrity
- reliable, responsible
- Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language
- Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time including moving up and down stairs regularly
- Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to withstand varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts
- Report to work in proper uniform
- Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions
- Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
- Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
