Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license and responsible driving record
- ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism
- consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and clients
- high standard of integrity
- reliable and responsible
- able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language
- able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis
- driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
- basic computer knowledge
- ability to withstand varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts
- report to work in proper uniform
- provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions
- follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
- keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
- adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
