Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver's license and responsible driving record
  • ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism
  • consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and clients
  • high standard of integrity
  • reliable and responsible
  • able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language
  • able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis
  • driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
  • basic computer knowledge
  • ability to withstand varying weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts
  • report to work in proper uniform
  • provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions
  • follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
  • keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
  • adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned
