Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations in three years
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must adhere to PMC uniform and grooming standards
- willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following key handling procedures
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging customer service situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance and professionalism including arriving on time in full uniform and proper grooming
- perform other operational support tasks, attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time
