Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must adhere to PMC uniform and grooming standards
  • willingness to use personal cell phone for work-related communication

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following key handling procedures
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle challenging customer service situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
  • maintain regular attendance and professionalism including arriving on time in full uniform and proper grooming
  • perform other operational support tasks, attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time
