Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands
  • Dependability and adherence to safety procedures
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Balance individual responsibilities while fostering a positive team environment, supporting colleagues, and recognizing team accomplishments
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the company operational goals
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
