Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Adherence to full uniform and grooming standards
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, report tips accurately
- Maintain the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and comply with all company rules and policies
- Assist with other tasks to support team and daily operations
